Caustic Calcined Magnesite Powder(Magnesium Oxide) is anti-bending, anti-compression, highly-intensive, binding and cementing. Its melting point is 2852^oC, while boiling point is 3600^oC. Dissolved in acid and ammonium salt, but difficult to dissolve in water and ethanol. When calcinations temperature reaches 400^oC, its specific surface area is 180m²/g. When calcinations temperature reaches 1300^oC, its specific surface area is only 3m²/g. It is easily deliquescence in the air. It is a kind of binding cementing material.
